The abstracts must be prepared with the utmost care to ensure strict adherence to the instructions in this page and in the abstract template. Misformatted abstracts will be returned to the authors for correction before they can be verified and accepted. The deadline must be respected and will not be extended.

The final decision regarding the type of communication will be made by the Organizing Committee and communicated to the authors until the specified deadline.

Only abstracts presenting original results of scientific work are eligible for publication in Annals of Medicine.
A Peer review process will take place after the Congress to help the authors to improve their abstracts if needed, ensuring the high publication standards of the journal. Acceptance for publication depends on this Peer Review and not on the prior acceptance of the communication.
